Default Supercharger issue

I am not quite sure what my problem is here, but I noticed that if I am getting on the pedal my boost gauge bounces. It normally only gets like 2-3 psi of boost.

I took the BCA off and oiled it like a year ago because I wasn't getting any boost.

Could this be the problem again? I don't like how the needle bounces, it should keep a steady boost level.

Can someone help please?

How does the power feel? Is it steady? Check the vacuum lines to the Boost control. Move the throttle when teh engine is running, can you see the lever move?

Mines a 94 SSEi, but when mine did that it was the boost control solenoid not the actuator... look into that if there are no vacuum leaks

My problem before was the BCA. I got that working fine and I removed the top vacuum the arm moves freely with no problem. I left that piece off and floored it and it only made like 2 psi.

What to do next? Thanks for the responses

where are all these vacuum lines that I should check? A picture would help huge if possible.

Also what should I use to check them? I have heard of carb cleaner, propane, lighter fluid, throttle body cleaner (I would probably use this since I have some....will it work?)

TB cleaner will work fine. Just spray it around and listen.

If the boost control is working, then it'* possible the gauge is shot.
