I have a 03 ssei, looking to get some more HP, what do you suggest.........

You can go with a 3.5" press on pulley, or if you plan to upgrade more get a MPS from intense-racing or ZZ performance. You will need to get or have access to a member near by with a pulley puller. If you use anything other then the correct type of puller you will damage the pulley and possibly the shaft on the snout

Some supporting mods for that might help to. Upgraded CAI, plugs etc. All little things that add to your overall get up and go.
