Well i have an 81 bonneville at my disposal. The stock 307 and trans is worn out. I dont really know much about these cars to know what the trans or rearend is..but Id like to drop in a 350 chevy, built up a bit of course. A turbo 350 trans, and 3.73 gears and posi trac in the rear. Im sure someone has done this. From the research ive done i think i just need to get some chevy motor mounts off a car like the bonneville suck as a caprice or somthing? Im goin to try to do this on a very low budget (college student) so any ideas on that would help. Thanks.
