Default O.E supercharger not enough boost?

I heard O.E setups should run around 8 psi? well looking at my gauge it seems to be around the 6 mark. just below the middle point of 0 and 10. It doesnt seem to have any running problems or noise. but it is pretty quiet. i can barely hear the whine. just wondering is the bonne is the same as the GTPs or do they have a lower boost from the factory?

thanks in advanced.

From all that I can gather, should be pretty much the same as the GP. I will be upgrading to smaller pulley here soon hopefully, so should be closer to 10PSI once I get that done.

6 or 7 is about right for stock. If you have a air box you will here very little if any whine. Gutting the box or installing a CAI or FWI will give you the whine. Getting to 10psi will need some upgrades. What have you done, or plan to do. I don't suggest going below a 3.5" pulley unless you can scan for KR.
