Default Scrap or Sell chrome T-stars?

I am trying to decide if I should sell the chrome t-stars I replaced on my bonny or scrap them. Here are some pictures. They are in rough shape.

Also, I dont have any pictures of the valve stem area but it also has some flaky chrome around it.

Just wire wheel the heck out of the back, (I used an angle grinder with some scouring pad sort of things) and get all the corrosion off, then coat it in some rim paint, i got some at autozone for like five bucks. Make sure the edge of the rim where the tire seals is clean and you are all set.

edit: oops i didnt realize you didnt want to keep them, definetly sell them, there is lots of life left in them if you dont want to clean them up

I've seen worse, sell them, just dont expect alot, andtell whoever buys them there is NO garentee that the tire will seal right (it most likely will tho)

I'd take them if I lived closer, I would only want them for snow tires.

Sell 'em. If I didn't already have a set of extra rims, I'd take those, strip the chrome, and have them powdercoated black. Would look awesome on one of my T'*....

I'm just wondering if I would get more money for them if I scrapped them. Especially since they weigh like 20 pounds and scrap aluminum is $1.something a pound.

I paid $75 plus shipping for mine and they were worse than that. You should be able to sell those for $100-124 no problem.

I scrapped a set of trashed T Type rims and I only got like $20. You'll get more if you sell them.
