Default Leaking UIM

I smelled some coolant and checked the engine to see a little bit of coolant leaking from the UIM. My question to you guys is, how long do i have before this needs to be addressed?
I know most of you will say as soon as possible but i dont have access to tools and would have to find a break between school/work.

You might as well be safe and get the LIM done to.

I got a quote today for a UIM replacement kit, coolant flush, oil change, + labor to be around $630. Does that sound resonable?

I'm not really up on charges for those things, but it sounds a couple of hundred high to me. Are you not dong the lower at the same time?

Make sure you replace it with a sleeved, reduced diameter egr. APN is a good choice.

Also, for LIM gaskets, preferred are GM'* Aluminum gaskets.

Hope you get that done quick, wouldn't want to see another engine death in the bonne family if it can be prevented.

Yeah they are doing the LIM also. I think when i asked him, he thought i was asking about the LIM and not the gasket.
She should be done by the end of the day hopefully, want to get this UIM/LIM off of my mind.
