got them on can u turn and everything just keep saying check tire pressure tires are 245/30/r22 and they do not rub

As long as the offset and width is close to stock, I'd think it would be fine if you use stock outside diameter tires. Your ride will suffer, but that'* not what it'* about, is it?

you probably need to reset the DIC: press SELECT on the DIC buttons, until you get to the tire pressure, then hold down RESET for 10+ seconds until it resets.
