Well, I am trying to get some ideas for the rims on my GP and Bonneville. I want to refinish both of them this spring / summer, and I have an idea that I think might look real nice, but might also look like ricer crap

I want to polish the outer lip, paint the crosslace black, then I am thinking of adding an accent to ONLY the front of the crosslace section, leaving the rest of the crosslace black. For the front I am thinking red, like on my car, would look good, but if not a huge undertaking, I would like to see some other colors also.

also, I would like a PS of these rims on my Bonneville.

SO, here are some pics of crosslaces that are already black, only need to add the red on the face of it.

If anything else is needed, let me know, I will see what I can come up with

I think it'll look good for sure on the red SSEI. Should make the car look newer and nicer by the condition of the rims.

Could you possibly take one of the closer up pics of the rim only and do that? Black on the inside, and red only on the face?

Basically just like the black ones are right now, but with only the face of the crosslace red.

I always wondered what the heck that symbol was The rims on our '03 have that also.

That is what I figured it was, but I just wanted to be sure Basically, I was just looking for a close up, just like you just did :P

I am thinking I might try that and see how it looks
