I recently bought an HID kit off of someone from the Grand Am GT board and its the 12000k which is violet in color...Im cool with that it'll be sweet either way but what do you change to get the different temps?? Just the bulbs? or is there something else???
I think it'* the bulbs too.
I've seen one other person in the Cleveland area with HIDs that color temp. It hurt my eyes as they came up behind me on I90 (but I have very sensitive eyes.) Looked kinda cool but I can't see how something like that can be close to legal, it looked like it didn’t light up $h** on the road either.

This is why most OEM HID bulbs are 4,300K. It'* the best for overall light output and color.
