TMU
Can someone explain to me what TMU stands for on a car'* paperwork or advertisement. Does it mean anything bad or anything in the likes. The title says TMU so i'm looking for the answer as i've seen in several times in other cars.

Correct in that it means True Mileage Unknown. In NY, after 10 years, the mileage is not even recorded on the titles, so there is no way to really verify it except with carfax, and this is why some places list them as TMU.
