The battery life is supposed to be pretty good. It will be interesting to see reviews once they are available. I bet they'll be pretty darn reliable though.

I've never wanted a cell phone so bad in my life. But it'* so much more than just a phone, and the features the phone has is pretty awesome by itself!

Its apple they will be great. Anyways they are actually in the Field already ATnt techs are actually use them right now in different locations (bars, movie theaters, gas stations) to see if there are any problems.

Apple doesn't usually mess this kind of stuff up. The iPhone will work because it is not like a cell phone with extra abilities, it is like each of it'* abilities in full (web browser, phone, video player, music player). From what I hear, no functionality is sacrificed (albeit, I bet videos/flash don't work)
