Default installing a cold air intake

i need help installing a new cold air intake,the stock filter box is in the way and it has a box with a lot of wires in it and im wondering how to get it out,if i can get the stock filter box out and keep the cords in place then ill b set.

any1??im sure some1 in a bonneville forum has put a CAI on a 2000 SLE

If you do a search for FWI or Fender well intake you will find some
or
CAI or cold air

and if you wait a few min. im sure someone here will chime in.
