its a new system and it wont load for me..., i keep enterin my infor but it says wrong pasword....lbut i did it 3 time i know its the right pw..... BS

Have you ever considered asking me for help? I'd be glad to work with you and get you up and running. To start I have no user listed for the chat room by the name of its840, it'* possible your initial registration attempt didn't take and you should try to re-register.
