Default Fog lights

Well, I finally got off my arse and decided to replace the fog lights on my car. Well, lack thereof. Went to Wally World and spent $19 on a set off 55watt fog lights. Nothing special.

Old and busted....

New hotness...

Found out that the included bracket would not fit the pre-existing holes for the factory lights. Soooo, I found out that the new lights will fit the factory bracket with no modification at all.

Used the existing wiring which means I get to keep the new stuff for future projects

Could have posted a pic of them after install, but I'm sure you already know what that looks like

What do you all want to see? Them installed, or them blinding the **** out of other cars? Even after proper aiming, these things are friggin bright. 55watts are equivelant of the low beam headlights right?

Installed on the car, off.
Head on, blinding the crap out of us
A shot down the road
A shot against a wall

Or anything you'd care to share

I'm pretty sure low beams are 55w too, but I don't know if that means they have the same light output :?

Here they are...
Front

Just the low beams on...

Just the fog lights on...

Both low beams and fogs on...

And highbeams on...no fogs.

****, forgot the front with fogs on, BRB....

Ok, I'm back.. damn those are bright....
This is regular...

This one I used a flash on...

And this one I stepped back a little bit...

Anything else you all want?

These things are awesome!

Thanks for the pics! Glad you like them. They seem to fit that stock opening pretty well too.

The blue bulb is the only thing making those look blue while off right?

The lenses do have a slight blue tint to them. And the bulbs are blue also.
