Default soooo sooooft

so as you all know i replaced the 6 way power seats with the AL7'* from a SSEi....now the particular SSEi had about 140K, and the seat bottoms were not in that good shape and neither were the backs...so i have assembled 2 good back, and one good bottom.....anyway...so the seat cusions were really bad as the springs and worn into the cusion and it was really out of shape.....so.....you replace

here is the stock drivers seat cusion out of the SSEI seats

now this may look good to the naked eye but lets compare it to the replacement

here they are shown side by side
New on the left, old on the right

here a different view that really shows how much out of shape they were

now check this out...look how the foam crushes from all the years of use

this one also shows the difference in the 2

here is the bottom of the cusions

and here is the drivers side, you can see how the springs have cut into the cusion

the first time i sat in the seat i was soooo impressed in the difference

Wow that'* pretty cool! After finally experiencing AL7'* (briefly) last weekend in MN, I could definitely see how they'd be worth it. But I can't really say that my seats are uncomfortable though

Seriously, when I sat down in Seth'* passenger seat, I couldn't believe how awesome that lumbar support felt. I felt like I was strapping in tight for takeoff or something...(basically was )

Try driving 36 or 48 straight hours. AL7'* show their value..slightly worn or not..
