Mmmmm, got some ground venison fried up and cooking in a pot of homemade spaghetti sauce.

mmmm... sounds good!

it'* even better when its your venison. My dad made some Venison Strogenoff (sp?) out of some of my venisone mmm mmm good. And of course sausage, and jerky!

Yup yup, my mom uses ours in chili, spaghetti, and anything else that would normally have beef in it.

Except down here in the sticks, we dont try to hide anything and we call it "deer meat"

Fancy northern folk........

Have you ever tried it? It does depend on how you cook it weather or not it tastes gamey I love it!! I just dont get a chance to eat much of it. :(

I have tried it several times. Most of which were done by trickery. However, my mouth knows when a foreign meat is in there that don't belong in there. Why do I feel I am going to pay for that last sentence?
