what is the part number on the flowmaster 40 series mufflers. i need it or the jerks around here wont sell me one

The one I have on my 2002 SE is part #42441 2.25 in/out

That won't cross over to a 98. Totally different exhaust setup. As for a 40 Series on a 3800, I think you'll find it sounds like ****. It'* been tried a couple times here. The results aren't very favorable.

And to the comments above that are unrelated, keep the off-topic crap in the lounge.
