went to court today, got off work 4 hours early and drove back to mankato to see my favorite people... check in on the first floor... please check in on 2nd floor... check in on 2nd floor... please check in on 3rd floor... as im walking up the stairs on the 3rd floor the bailiff comes up to me.. are you andrew suderman?... yes... ok please turn off your cell phone... he brought me in right away, i hadnt even caught my breath yet... i asked for a public defender and was denied.. i thought for sure i was fucked at that point... im sitting in the court room and finally the procecuting attorny comes in, alone... he calls me over and we go into the hallway.. he tells me its my lucky day, and there was some mixup in the paper work and the officer was never notified.... i am off scott-free!!

we still had to go back into court and make everything legal... then as i was walking out, the judge (in his 30'*, never seen him before) says, Mr. Suderman, yes i say...

"you should probably go buy some lottery tickets" and everyone in the room laughed...

i was giggling to myself the whole way home...

this means that the next ticket i do not lose my license....

try not to get a "next ticket" and you won't have to worry about it!! Congratulations on their screw up!!!
