Default Foglights/Driving Lights

How easy is it to install aftermarket fogs/driving lights on an LE that obviously was not equipped? What wiring do you have to tap into or is it even possible?

most aftermarket fog/driving lights come with a wire harness. so you really dont have to tap into anything.
