COTM Eligibility
Per the admins, starting with May COTM,
Any car that has been chosen as COTM is eligible to be chosen again in 3 years. This is a fair interval so that the same cars don't wind up winning all the time, and yet gives people the chance to be recognized for major improvements to their ride.
