Uh did I read this right

Was just noticing on the TV, on an American channel, my grandma was watching a soap, they flashed on the bottom on the screen for like sever weather warnings..
All I caught was Categoy 7-End of the World...
WTF?

I really wanted to watch it, but we had to go away for the weekend and didn't get home until 12:00AM Sunday night. I hope they put it on to DVD at some point.
