It'* more than time to do plugs and wires and I've priced out some Bosch double platinums for plugs but I'd like to hear some opinions on a decent set of wires. I'd like to get some 10.4mm Taylors but $100+ is out of my range.

For plugs stay away from bosch, try Denso, NGK, or Autolight. For wires stay away from Taylors a lot of people have had problems with them on here. Use either stock, AC Delco, or Beldin wires. If it was me and $$ was not a factor I'd do AC Delco wires with Denso plugs.

I like my Beldin wires and my autolite plugs. Decent prices too.

My Beldens from Napa are great, they look awesome too, reasonable price..

i was running the Beldens as well on mine before i wrecked it, nothing but good to say about them..i had AC Delco plugs as well...

as for now i honestly dont know what kind of plugs i have...and someone seems to have stolen my plug wires

As the other Bill said about the wires....and while you are at it toss in the plugs too.
Get a big trash bag!!!

Our cars eat through Bosch plugs like they are inferior parts.

All are good replacements for what you currently have. I replaced one set of wires (95) with Autolite Professionals and the other (97) with AC Delco. Both are cost effective replacements. The Beldens are popular on the club as well.

Karl..I've washed my motors (directly spraying hose on them) and it purrs like Rocky as it gets cleaner.

I priced out Iridiums at about $15 a plug.... Ouch! I was going for the NGK'* but aren't copper plugs best in SSEi'*? As for wires, should I be looking at 8.5'* or better? I'd like to go to MSD blaster packs at one point (maybe next NEBF).

The Irids are about $6 before discount. You shouldn't need thicker wires to run better coils. And copper would be good in the NA'* as well.

Maybe one of these weekends us local guys do a quick meet up and change out those plugs. (You could put in CT plugs)

Huh, I guess I'll make some phone calls today..... There isn't an Advance around here but I'll try CAP and Auto Zone.

Copper plugs are fine in a NA. jr's3800 achieves his best fuel mileage with TR55'*.

And monster wires will gain you nothing. 7-8mm have the same performance as 8.5-10. The major difference is simply more insulation for extreme applications. Don't waste your money.

Maybe I can sort out a good set for you from my 'magic pile' of plug wires.

I run Beldens and NGK in both cars:
TR55'* and one step below the premium Beldens in the 95
TR6'* and Belden Premiums in the 93.
