Security system.
Well, I have been wondering why the security light on my 93 has been flashing, since my old SSE did not have such a light. Well, the other day I figured it out when I tried to unlock the car from the switch through the window cause I didn't want to go in to get my keys. I set off the car alarm. I was unaware that this was a factory option. Does anyone else have it? Or is it a really well placed aftermarket one?

This is the standard factory alarm. Welcome to the club of locking the car w/the remote whilte the windows were down, then unlocking it manually. I've been there.... once you set it off you think DOH!

They do I made a fool outt'a myself talking to my buddy about my new ride, and hit the auto unlock from inside the car... Bad idea my buddy started laughing! If you maualy do it will it go off?
