Both DOTD movies 1970'* and current version are EXCELLENT. The first one was shot in the Monroeville Mall in Pitsburg PA.
Glad to see someone else with my kind of taste in movies!

I don't like horror, but I find the post-apoc brand of horror movie intriguing. I wouldn't say I 'liked' the movie, but I did think it was very good. I don't feel right saying I 'like' movies like that, actually. The highest praise I can give one is to say it was a good, well-made movie. Which DOTD (2004) was. I think that'* saying enough...
Dawn of the Dead (2004) is, by far, one of my favorite movies. I loved it, there is some humor, some zombies getting their heads blown off, and more. It was a really sweet movie. I saw it first in theatres, then when it came out on DVD I bought it and watched it at least 5 times in the same weekend. Dawn of the Dead owns.
When I saw the trailer I thought it was gonna be a bad ripoff, seeing as 28 Days Later had come out before it. Didn't realize it was a remake though. But then I saw the DVD and was quite impressed. I'd love to see a sequel. The making of on the DVD was very interesting too.
