Default What are these #'* stickered on my 40TH'* engine cover?

Was just out looking over my freshly acquired 40TH Anniv Ed. SSE and noticed on the engine cover, directly above the oil filler neck, there are two stickers.
Also, I noted that the part of the UIM between the PCV valve and the MAP sensor is quite different from my 1998 SSE. Possibly a new UIM, or new engine?

The stickers read like this:

Sticker #1:

25173455
350kPa 51 PSI

Sticker #2:

117 913 8563

Anyone know what these are for?

I'm gonna say sticker 1 is fuel pressure rating? and the number is maybe the part number of the cover?

I"m not sure what those numbers are!

117 is not a valid area code! I checked an area decoder online.

Good question -I know when they replaced the FPR in my 1998 SSE under the recall they never put any stickers under the hood anywhere.
