Try pressing different spots of the sterring wheel, my horn will not work if i press on the little horn symbol but pressing at the top of the airbag setup works

Ayup. But disconnecting the yellow airbag wire first, under the dash, is recommended. Just remove the lower hush panel below the steering column and you should find the bright yellow airbag wire emerging from the column area, with all kinds of stern warning stickers on it. There'* an in-line connector for unplugging it; you need to gently pry out the green locking clip first, then press the release tab to unplug the bag. After that you can safely go back up top and start removing it from the wheel, and see what the horn problem seems to be.

The screws, in case you can't find 'em, are on the back. Should be 4 of them to remove the cover. Let us know what you actually find in there.
