stock tips

ok do you think stock tip would look good being painted flat black? or would it look like oil deposits

Mine are painted flat black with truck bed coating. I think they look pretty good.

That'* why I did it. I originally used hi-temp bbq paint. Just recently I went to the truck bed coating, as that'* what I used on the front scoops. I like the finish MUCH better.

Bill, do you think that bedliner paint would work well on the inside of wheel wells? I'm just guessing, but I think it may hold up better than the rubber undercoating.

Your inner liner is flexible. I don't think it would last. Rubber undercoating is the best, but lay it on thick.

Ok Bill, thanks. So far my rubber undercoating has held up well, considering how much salt and dirt has battered the wells all winter.
