Default Wrong Tranny?

Changed the fluid yesterday due to some shuddering and not going in to gear properly,
and I noticed on the tranny pan...4t60-e, should't this be the HD version? This tranny was changed last year. Was the wrong one put in ?

By the way, shuddering is almost gone. Lucas tranny fix was added...

All 60-series tranny'* got the same pan. What differentiates the HD is the 2.97 gearing. If you get that gearing, you're cool.

You can tell if you have that gearing by RPM at a certain speed. In fourth gear, you should see about 2000 RPM at ~73 mph.
