Default Installed a Wood Dash trim kit today....

Hey Guys,

I was looking for a way to 'warm up' the interior a bit, and saw a really nice picture of a wood dash kit installed in a Bonneville. Sooooo, I took a chance and ordered a kit with the wood I wanted and I finally had a chance to install it today.

I was hoping it wasn't going to look too aftermarket. It certainly doesn't look factory, but I also think it looks good on its own. It certainly brings some attention to the interior and enhances it a bit. I probably would have gone carbon fiber if I had a gray interior.

So what do you guys think? I know for many wood isn't their forte, but I think it looks pretty good.

Nothing says it better than a wood dash kit in a tan leather interior of a Bonneville. Well done. That rosewood burlwood looks a hell of a lot better than my simple walnut stuff.
Go wood!!!

JR -is the 95 a front bench or console car?
I picked my kit out of a car in the salvage yard, but see them fairly often on ebay.
Just keep an eye open on ebay.

Walter, you know what you need next for your beauty.

Looks great and nice job too
The tint of red in the rosewood goes well with the neutral interior.

WOW! That looks REALLY GOOD! I have the stock wood trim in my car and it looks little to plasticy for my taste.....
