I got my rear endlink bolts yesterday. Took them 3 days to respond to an email though. I guess this is the answer why. Thanks Bill.

Canadian Customs for car parts only adds the gst and provincial sales tax, the customer pays this. Some companies only like to use one carrier and they may not have a canadain route? Or it is a licience agrement and exclusive sales area...not sure but any business can set their own policy. ever try phoneing pfyc.com? They dont take cash or phone calls....wierd.
