I am sure if I went and looked I could find out. The rims on are cars...what size is the bolt patteren?

nope... lots of hondas have 4bolts... and rwd gm cars are 114.3... most trucks are 6.

technically speaking, could a wheel with a 114.3mm pattern fit a 115mm hub? this may sound silly but could it be done?

on the gp club they said u can run 5x114.3s with hubcentric rings and different lugs.

Oh, well, yeah, you can run any rim you want (well, almost any, heheh) if you change the hub or have an adapter, so, in that light, sure you can!! :P
