Default Just got my car inspected

I was worried I'd fail if they noticed the sound my left front wheel bearings make. But it passed. The weird thing is on the receipt that shows what they did, it says:

Perform a NY State Inspection
Left FT Wheel
LE4283829
Performaed a NY State Inspection

WTF is the Left FT Wheel, LE4283829 part? Is that a part # and why is it there. They didn't mention anything was wrong with the left Front wheel...is this a wheel bearing part #? Anyone know? Thanks.

Next step, registration. It expired 8/30/03

Yeah, I have to be careful not to get pulled over now. Don't want a ticket for that. But I think I have to pay $115 to renew it.
