Hello everyone. My name is Scott Morrison
I joined this site a little over a month ago and have found it very helpful. I just bought my 97 SE 40th Anniversary Edition for my girlfriend and we both love it. I live in the Philadelphia area and make my living fixing cars. I have been in the field about 10 years now and still like it most days. I am currently a BMW tech but have had varied experience. I am 32, I think that makes me one of the old ones around here. I hope to be able to be a helpful member. Thanks for reading

Did those 40th anniv. editions come in more than one color? I've seen several of the purple-like colored ones with the Anniversary badge, but saw only one black one too. Wasn't sure if someone just stuck 'em on or not. What was unique about those ones?
