Default Traction Control

My 1993 Bonneville has the Traction control button by the shifter when I hit it nothing happens now and I think its stuck on because now I cannot burn my rubber and its pissing me off. Anyone know how to fix it? Maybe where the fuse is/relay or what ever it uses because I cannot find anything in my shop manual. Could maybe the switch be bad? I am stumped because it just up and quit on me. Please help me I need the sweet smell of burnt GoodYears to wake me up in the morning.

When you start the car, Traction defaults to ON, regardless of what mode it was in the last time you drove. When you disable it, the light on the dash should say 'traction off'. Is this part working?
