i ran up on a new golf GTI myself one nite... he was in a group of ricers at a supermaket. i turned around, they all left and went one way, he went the way i was going. it said gti on it, but i didnt think anything of it. then i pull up to the guy, and hes got a **** grin on his face (i was boosting on him in the parking lot). he tels me the car is stock 4 cylinder. im like ok dude, well see. keep in mind that GTI = 6 cylinders doesnt register in my head yet. then he takes off a little and i here something that sounds like an intake... wooosh, not too loud, but audible. i pull up to him and say lets run at the next light. by this time im realizing its a 6 cylinder, maybe with an intake and exhaust., thinking "HAHA i have a 95 SSEi, should be no problem." well, next light wasnt good because the light after that was only like 500 ft away, so this bastard proceeds to take off normal, then get to 30mph, and light both tires up almost until the next light. my jaw dropped. turns out this bitch is sponsored by Neuspeed, and hes got some expiramental new supercharger on top of his car. said it dynoed at 380hp. i dont doubt him after seeing that ****. he turned out to be a pretty cool dude though, so that was cool.

Good kill bro

Just goes to show it'* not always the specs on a car that wins battles.

The GTI does 0-60 in 6.8 sec compared to your 7.5 :P
