I saw this truck in Car and Driver a bit ago and I wasn't that impressed considering what it has under the hood. Check out the est. 0-60

The Chevy people are looking for something in the realm of about "7.5 to 7.8 seconds,"
You can see the whole write-up at Car and Driver .

That is a severely handicapped 5.7l I am very sure it will have the potential of a much scarier ride once the aftermarket kicks in.

I love it.

I must point out 1 thing, when they test the cars , they don't floor it like we would . They don't encourage that, how would it sound " 3/36 on non stop hi-speed accelaration" , I judge the truck/car when I test drive it , BY THE WAY I WILL BE BUYING THE NEW PONTIAC GTO NEXT YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my racing buddy went to the GM High Tech event were they tested feature cars and this was one of them. He said that this car really has no power at all. It doesn't even drive that good.

Saw this car at the texas state fair. It'* not that big; really rather small. And looks very plastic. Was unimpressed.
