It'* not as bad as it looks! Really, I've done mine already.
Removal:
1) Fuel Injector sight shield, air intake duct & spark plug wires
2) fuel rail (just pops out)
3) exhaust cross over shield (I left mine on w/o ill effects)
4) cable bracket to cylinder head mounting bolt (where the accelerator cable is attched to)
5) P/* pump support bracket (RH side of engine)
6) generator & support bracket (LH side of engine)
7) heater pipes (at front of intake, below where generator was)
8) bypass hose & uppper rad hose
9) intake manifold bolts & manifold (13mm socket if I remember right)

Installation:
1) intake gaskets & seals (use RTV sealant on the ends of the manifold gaskets at corners to heads)
2) intake manifold (apply blue thread locker compound to intake bolts)
3) tighten to 10 Nm or 88 Inch Lbs
4) bypass hose & rad hose
5) heater pipes to lower intake
6) upper intake (use GM sealer to reseal it to lower intake)
7) generator & bracket
8) P/* pump support bracket (tighten to 50 Nm or 37 Ft Lbs)
9) cable bracket to cylinder head mounting bolt
10) fuel rail (just pops in - listen for click)
11) spark plug wires
12) Fuel injector sight shield & air intake duct

There all done! labour time about 4.5 hrs

wow that'* big. the TB on my Series I is a bit smaller than that, as is my intake manifold port. Guess that'* why you make 35 more peak HP :?
