Maybe that one was faulty as well, or your ground busses were somehow causing the issues.

I don't like throwing too many parts at something in hopes of fixing a problem, but if you can get it for cheap enough then it would not hurt to try, if they want too much for it look at prices on...

It could be the ECM, or maybe all of those switches share something in common, I don't have a wiring diagram or I'd try to see if any share a common ground or 12v, it could be something like a ground...
