There should be a plastic cover you slide back...

There should be a plastic cover you slide back and then there is a little horseshoe spring click. Best way to get it out is with a pick curved one perfered. Then just pull line out.

Dex II is not available anymore. It best to use Dex VI when you service the tranny. It will not hurt anything. If anything the dex VI will be better for the tranny.

I haven't ever seen any place that filters old oil and reuse it. It would be illegal unless they said it was recycled fluid that was being used.
