Sounds like your getting what we call multiple ghost codes.
Start by unhooking the battery, then put the ECU connectors on and off a few times to establish contact. Then re-check for codes.

My son's got an 04 GT2. Nice car with two tone interior, leather seats, and a whole lot more torque than the bonneville's. It must be the fly by wire tuning. I think 05 and up got cast rods.

X2, my friends Ford Focus a supposed Economy car only gets 31 mpg highway. When I told him I have gotten 31 in the past he was surprised. Should have seen the look.

Bench bleed the master again, then bleed the lines attached to the master, then the wheels.
Had this happen on my mom's Park Ave once, the wheels would not bleed until I went back to the master and...

You need to pull the carpet back and water test it to follow the leak path. Otherwise its like grasping at straws.

Its probably going to take you just as much labor and time to cut a hole and fabricate a cover so I would just drop the tank also. It should come apart easy if you just had it down.

After the battery cables and starter connections there is a ground buss under the drivers side floor board.

Its more than likely a blurb in one of the sensor electrical connectors. Remove all sensor connectors including the ICM, clean the connectors and tighten up on the sockets, apply dielectric grease....

First off Welcome to the club.
Leaving a car idling all day is certainly not good for a trans as the fluid heats up hot as 220 or more as the engine runs hot.
Check the fluid. Is it burnt smelling....
