3800 Series II chirping noise
Been a while for me.....I'm trying to post two videos about this noise I'm have from under my hood. 95 Bonneville...it comes and goes but hasn't left this time....it sound like birds...i want to question the power steering pump....and then stay away from the timing chain....has anyone ever heard this sound or have an idea to where it'* coming from?

possibly idler pulleys or worn spring on tensioner pulley. look at belt for uneven wear could be a rusted pulley in that case requiring cleaning
and new belt
and new belt

replaced one alternator and the second one chirps too... just use a stethoscope or screwdriver handle to the ear and the blade on the body of the alternator while running and it should be real loud when u get near it...

Thanks for the tips....found to be the power steering....Sprayed belt nothing changed....removed belt and started the car no sqeeling..gave all pulleys a spin ad that was the only one with noise and a little play in it....replace power steering pump and we're good!
