Idler alignment

OK this is a new one on me. My lower idler pulley the one that runs my alt. And power steering is visibly out of alignment. It sticks out about an inch past all of the other pulleys. I did just put a new balancer on it but the new balancer lines up perfect with all besides that lower idler. I don't know how to fix this, is the tensioner bent? I'm at a complete loss guys so anything helps. I have a supercharged 3800

OK not sure if I did that right but if it worked there are some pictures. If it helps I did have the snout off of the supercharger so I had the entire bracket for the serpentine system unbolted could I have bent that idler or something. Didn't have an issue before the work to the supercharger snout was performed. As I said I don't understand how everything else is in line but that one idler is sticking way out there. Would the idler work if I took the insert out from behind it? Or would that make it rub or something?

When you put it back together you obviously have something installed correctly. Hard to say exactly what without standing there with wrenches in my hand.
