Ext temp on digital climate flashing
How do i enter into diagnostic code for electric climate control on my 1997 ssei bonneville to see what the problem is, it kinda has heat but no ac(clutch wont engage either new comp)

You don't. It requires a Tech II scantool to read the Body/Entertainment. Look for simple things like a bad actuator, bad temp sensor (near bumper) etc and those will likely fix it up w/o reading it.
