2000 Bonneville SSEI running seafoam through gas tank

So i jus bought my first bonneville as well as first supercharged vehicle.
Ive seemed to find allt of talk about running seafoam through the engine quite regularly and have not used seafoam besides to help calm a problem with a car, figured this is the best audience to ask for personal experiences as well as any usefull information, thanks

1/3 in the fuel tank, 1/3 in the oil fill, 1/3 in the intake while its running. Usually its best to put it in the oil right close to when you are about to change it.
