1999 Bonneville Won't Start
Hey all. I have a 1999 SE. I started the car up, everything worked, forgotten something in my home and turned the car off. Went and hot my stuff went back to car and it will.not.start.
First turn of ignition barrel everything comes on as it should. Go to actually start the car and I hear a click in the dash on the drivers side but nothing happens. I took and cleaned the battery posts off (bad corrosion) still same problem.
I have a video of me trying to start it up. Any help would be AWESOME to say the least as I love this darn car.

I would start by checking the battery, the positive cable, and all the grounds. You might want to take the battery to Autozone for a free test.

Let'* try this. Have you ever jumped the terminals on a starter using a screwdriver?

A) the starter is shot
B) the corrosion is in the battery cables
C) the battery isn't giving out enough juice to start the car.
I'll be changing the battery and cables tomorrow as I don't have a ton of money to throw at the car right now.

do the starter first. you can go to any boneyard or auto recyclers and get a used one for dirt cheap. if i remember right you remove some plastic under the car and its 3 bolts.
