We all should know how to read the code for new tire purchases or existing tires on your vehicle!
It is easy, look for the DOT line, last 4 digits in that line are week -then year of manufacture.
These inherited tires are Douglas Performance GT-H'*, which seem to be a Walmart exclusive, judging by the number of Google results that mention Walmart. The reviews of these tires are about what I'd expect them to be -- usually somewhere between average and total crap.

Thank you for the lesson, Art! I knew tires dry-rotted after several years (like every spare tire I've owned), but I never knew where the date code was hiding. My tires are all slightly different ages, but fortunately, the oldest one is from Christmas 2011 (barely over two years old).

If that is your basement, and you choose to spend time on this forum, I'm afraid we will have to put you under suspicion.

I work in the garage at Walmart, and all the "all season" tires we carry aren't fit for winter use. The Douglas GT-H and Xtra-Trac II are basically the cheap Goodyear tires. They don't even look that great for summer. I'd trust the cheap brand over them. The only tires that we carry that look good are the Firestone FR710 and the Champion. Again, both are summer tires. The FR710 seems to be on most of the GM cars from the factory now.
