Default 2000 Bonneville Climate Control Issue

Our 2000 Bonneville blows warm on the passenger side but not on the drivers side...... So I pulled the blend door motor off from the drivers side to find out that the motor was not working....... I plugged that same motor I thought was not working into the passenger side and it worked just fine....... SO both blend door motors work when plugged into the passenger side, but the blend motor does not work on the drivers side..... I checked if I had power to the wiring for the driver'* side blend door motor and I did have power...... So I got another HVAC controller from a junk yard, hooked it up and had the same problem.....what else should I look for? I'm about at the point I'm going to tap the wiring from the passenger side and just have a single "warm/cold" controller on the dash rather than Driver/Passenger.

I am not overly familiar with the Bonneville however, are those two motors made to be interchangeable?
In other words, could the motor for the driver'* side be specific somehow to that side?
Would having a new motor for the driver'* side possibly increase your chances of having it work properly?

I tried a new motor on the drivers side and it did not work.... I tried a new controller, no luck, I tried a new IPM and it did not work... I have continuity on all wires..... I'm at a loss now....

I think at this point a GM visit or Shop that has a TechII scanner would be recommended.
There is lot of information and tests the scanner can perform to possibly find the culprit.
