Ok so I have a 2003 bonneville with 260k on it. I was having a no start issue unless fully accelerated which turned out to be the fuel pressre regulator.In the process of dianosing this I tested the icm,crank sensor,cam sensor,which were all good and I replaced plugs,vehicle ran great once I was done but the check engine light was on.I hooked my actron scanner to it and it read tps sensor low circuit. I figured this was due to me unplugging sensors to find the previous issue so I deleted the code while engine was running.engine died as soon as I hit ok to delete and won't start at all. Only code it will pull is tps low voltage and I tested the tps and I have my 5volts along with my ground and varying volts when pedal is accelerated. Is the pcm under the pass floor board? Did I kill the pcm? Help please I'm stumped

I'd check all the connections to the items you pulled/checked. An unconnected ICM can easily cause what you are having happen. May have been coincidence that it turned off at that time.

I've spent the last two days retracing my steps checking everything over again and testing everthing.has fuel has spark but won't start. My datastream on my scanner shows the tpsis functioning but would still come up with singnal voltage low

Ok, you have fuel and spark but won't start.

Have you checked that there is fuel in the cylinders by pulling a plug and finding it wet? If you find it dry, take a look at the fuel injector fuse.

I did pull a plug and it wasn't wet. I also checked fuses but I didn't check specifically for fuel inj so ill check when I get home...I will say that I thought it was a fuel problem so I sprayed starting fluid in the intake and it would only backfire out of the throttle body or stop the engine mid revaloution which is what made me think since all sensors are working maybe the computer. Thaks for the help thus far.

With the backfire on ether, it sounds like ignition is working fine, now you need to check fuel.

Fuses are good.I checked power at the injector and it has power but only 5-6 volts and I read its supposed to have 12v. Any ideas

Also traced tps blue wire to pcm and its reading .40 still putting money on pcm unless someone else chimes in with possibilities

The crank and cam sensors do not control fueling. Have someone kick the key to on while you listen to an injector with a stethescope. That injector should prime the cylinder when the fuel pump kicks on briefly.

The power to the injectors should be 12 volts. You are correct. Power comes directly from the fuse box. The pcm only grounds the injectors to pulse them.

Being that you know you aren't getting the proper voltage at the injectors, and the pcm has nothing to do with that, I'd be inclined to think the pcm is ok at that point.
