Agreed, in the searching on the Interweb, I couldn't find what it was for sure, but it is either a 1 off concept, or a custom build. Either way gives you a negative answer.

I was looking at several different sites, and I don't believe that anyone has even bothered making a body kit for the Aztek. It just wasn't a popular enough vehicle.

i would think if they have the fab skills to put a rwd LS/t56 in it, custom building a couple flares and a spoiler would be nothing.

Gosh that is something else. Someone has very deep pockets.
One of the postings suggest it is a one off, by GM performance division build.
Notice the roll bars inside..woh..custom build all the way up.
