That is lower end knock. New engine or rebuild is in your future.

There are so many of these engines in the boneyard, I would let my fingers do the walking, and and go that route......
It'* hard in a video, to determine exactly where a noise is coming from......a mechanic'* stethescope is handy in this situation.....also killing a cylinder one at a time, and listening for a change in the sound is another help, that would direct you to a cylinder.....
The intake gaskets on a SC'er were not a problem, like they were on the naturally aspirated engines......
If you want to drop the pan, and check the crank bearings and connecting rod bearings, and you find a badly spun bearing, chances are, the crank will have to be replaced, and that involves separating the engine from the tranny to get to the flex plate bolts......I'd rather get a low mileage, used engine......
But first and foremost, find the exact cause of the knock first....

I agree with TechII, investigate where the noise is coming from. A spun bearing will cost you at least pulling the engine, a crank and bearings.
